With over 30 years as a Creative Director in Manhattan, and after studying at the Orsoni Workshop in Venice, Italy—where I earned a Master Certificate in mosaic arts and became a member of SAMA (Society of American Mosaic Artists)—I fell in love with mosaics. Mosaic is my art, and my art is who I am.

Working alongside master mosaicists using gold, glass, marble, and smalti, I found myself drawn to the smooth, round stones from my own shores. Walking the beach and collecting stones is what I consider a perfect day. I pick up pebbles everywhere I go—round ones, smooth ones, ones with unique specks or lines. Pebbles are my palette.

Living in Provincetown, MA for a time, and now in Cold Spring, NY, has inspired me to create mosaics for both corporate and residential interiors.
